Shipping and Warranty

Current shipping is within the USA. 

Shipping to info that has been entered upon checkout. Please check the address before completing your order. 

The items that are purchased are shipped via USPS/UPS. Once the package is in the hands of the mail carrier, Double J Embroidery is not responsible for lost or damaged packaging. Pricing will reflect current postage pricing for each carrier. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for completion of your custom order. Your order will be packaged and shipped as soon as it is completed. 

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 1-2 business days. If you have not received tracking please contact me with your order #.

No warranties on any products. As these are custom made products. Please remember to follow the care instructions on your care card to avoid issues. No replacements will be provided due to the limited availability of the custom pieces.
